If you want to be close to town but feel like you’re away from it all, this is the place for you!
This is a wonderful place to call home for a bit! The property is on a half an acre and surrounded by trees and wooded areas. There is a lot of space within the home for privacy, nooks to read or work in, lots of natural light, and truly just a comfortable place to be and look forward to going back to. It is north of Grand Junction a few miles, but only a couple minutes drive to hospitals, shopping, food, and the downtown area.
