Hotel showed rooms available when it was sold out.
The hotel does not keep its capacity updated online. I almost always make reservations the day of my stay and I do this about 20 times per year. On Aug 16, 2024 I made a reservation at this hotel at 9 PM for the same night on the hotels.com website. Someone from the hotel called me about 20 minutes later to tell me that their hotel was fully booked and no room was available. I asked them to cancel the reservation and they said they couldn't and that I would have to do it through expedia. It is impossible for me to do it as the website clearly stated it was a non-refundable reservation. The hotel did not update it's capacity online and did not cancel my reservation and kept the money. If you need to make a last minute reservation DO NOT MAKE THE RESERVATION AT THIS HOTEL.

Expedia update site amenities,there is No guest laundry available. Its a basic motel, next to a busy 4 lane road. However, I did not hear road noise in room. Room seemed cleanish. You have to close the bathroom door to access the toilet paper, its that small. Hot breakfast is 1 waffle station and instant oatmeal. 2 cold cereals, breads, fruit. Coffee is good, no decaf, cups are very small. Desk guy did let me check in early, no charges.
