I had to wait over 5 minutes to check in One person said I didnt need a parking pass because I wss using my moms handicap plaque as she was with me. The next one said I needed one regardless. My vehicle was hit in the psrking lot. The cleaners only dumped my trash one day and left a note saying they were short staffed and couldnt make the bed.it also said they changed the towles but because they weren't on the floor they didn't do that. They did give me more coffee. They didnt even come in the next day so no coffee in the room for me.

We arrived at 10:30 at night, tired and dealing with family struggles and were greeted by a kind, compassionate front desk attendant, Britani, who went out of her way to help us. Because we have a handicapped plate and I have trouble walking, she went to the extra trouble to reassign us a room that was close to the elevator, rather than the one that was originally assigned to us that was at the end of the hall. I genuinely felt like she understood we were tired, struggling and did ner best to make our stay more convenient and comfortable.

The bar was a great place to hangout. The entrainment is a plus. The servers are great. One bartender needs to learn her drinks when making them. The breakfast buffet was ok, but not worth the 18-19 price. The parking fee is reallying another issue for parking on-site. The older lady working the front desk during the evenings needs some etiquette training. Have stayed numerous time different times,they have had the good and bad service, but for the price it was alright deal with the downs of the hotel service.

There are plenty of other hotels down the road where you don't have to pay $14 per night for parking, or pay $12.95 for cereal and juices! And other hotels have multiple entrances/exits. The fees were outrageous and the hotel is mediocre at best. This was my first and last time staying at this hotel. I can get way better with my money down the road.
