Hotel needs renovating. No phone in room to even call front desk. Attached door to another hotel room not mentioned when reserving room. Very outdated.

The location was fine for our visit. It seemed like the staff as a little lax. No coffee or cups in room. Had you remind staff to bring items. Room wasn't made up till later in afternoon. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast is a plus.

I really like it was quiet, and I have stayed with you before. It has felt safe every time. One thing that was not the norm was the front desk person was a little short with me when I first arrived and asked about early check in. Mostly it was a great stay as always.

Generally the room and bed were very good. Bathroom should have a regular light switch . . . it only had a timer/heat lamp turn switch that took a little getting used to. Towels and bedding were exceptional.
