The staff was friendly, & the rooms were clean. Great shower. However I Felt bad for some other guests at check in, who just found out that the pool was closed for the season, there was no hot tub, and no exercise room. The main complaint I had was in the carpet. The carpet in the hallway was filthy, and the stairwells looked as if someone died there! They were horrific, making me not want to walk on the carpet in my room.

Water was leaking in the ceiling in the bathroom. Got woken up at 10:30pm from sleeping. Had to get staff involved and we then had to move everything to another room. Only got $35 taken off the bill. Should have been a lot more for the night time inconvenience for my family.
