We loved being right on the lake with amazing views. The staff was very friendly. The property and rooms were clean, but keep in mind it's an older motel. The bathroom was very small, which was fine for one night but would have been inconvenient for a longer stay. It was recommended that we eat at The Rockies across the street, but we sat there for 45 minutes after placing our order, while others who came in after us got served, and then the waitress couldn't remember what our order was supposed to be, so we left. In the morning we discovered that the mini-fridge was warm and my diabetic supplies (insulin) were barely still cool simply because my ice packs had saved them.

Great Motel on the lake!
Great motel on the lake and by the main street with restaurants and stores. Older facility but in good condition and kept up nicely. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was a wonderful lake front location. The beds were comfortable and clean. The restroom, while outdated was very clean. We used the BBQ. The coffee was good, although not available until 8AM (otherwise instant.) an area of note: steps are required for even the 1st floor rooms. There is no ADA ramp. We loved it..stayed 4 days.....would have stayed longer if not for the cost.

Loved being close to town and right on the lake. Dated, but clean and comfortable and amazing views from every room. Very quiet and peaceful and close to beach and boats too.

I worked with Carol at the front desk. What a wonder lady to represent your hotel. She worked with us storing our helmets and parking our motorcycle. Will certainly stay with them again. Wonderful “walk to everything” location.

The young lady receptionist was superior. The room was clean, but very dated and in dire need of a renovation. Bathroom-yuk! Bed-ok. For $240+ our 1 night stay was a rip off. I suppose because it is a tourist town, they can get away with it. We definitely will not go back.

Older small motel but nice place to stay. Located on beautiful Grand Lake. Location is ideal as it is very convenient to the water front, restaurants, shopping and activities around town.

The property is perfectly located in town overlooking the lake. It’s a no frills motel, but very clean with friendly staff. On day of check jn, we received a call at 12:30p saying our room was ready early for our arrival, which was a nice surprise. Parking is convenient. We would stay here again.

I took my 9-year-old grandson here for a two day visit to Grand Lake and RMNP. He loved the "old fashioned" feeling and the lake view from the rooms. The location at lakefront and proximate to downtown was perfect. The eateries adjacent and near the property were great for our purposes. Staff was super helpful. It could not have gone better!

Birthday trip
Loved the location. Room was okay, but nothing special. Location is what sold us on this hotel. We could go fishing whenever we wanted. Shopping and restaurants were in walking distance. Would stay again.
