This newly remodeled single bedroom apartment is a great getaway for up to 4 guests. While it's close to all the action of Grand Marais life, it still has a very quiet, private feel that many guests prefer. The space tops out at just over 400 square feet, and is fully stocked for any duration of stay. The space has a light and modern feel with a touch of natural materials hat truly make this apartment a very comfortable experience.

Nice, updated place! Not huge, but good for a few nights which is all we needed. Good size kitchen space with full size fridge/freezer which was helpful. Cleaning could have been a little bit more detailed, but overall was good. Had everything we needed!

Host was very easy to get in touch with. I had misplaced our welcome information with direction and door code. Messaged the host who immediately responded, resent the information and then he also went to the apartment and turned on the outside light and an indoor light for us. Super cute and clean. Was perfect for our quick night in Grand Marais while touring the North Shore.

Bathroom door does not close properly, bathroom soap dispenser was almost empty. Dust on the legs of the coffee table, and the recliner wont stay back in the reclined position. Coffee pot was supplied but no coffee to be found in the morning.

The property was so close to the lakefront and restaurants. Ben, the property owner, was very responsive with communication and check out requests. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of small things I would suggest are more hangers in the closets and a roll of paper towels for the kitchen for wiping down the counters. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the location of this very clean apartment. There was plenty of room for an adult and two teenagers and there was even an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Communication with the owner was easy and we had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back!

Great location

I enjoyed staying here because the location was great for me. I was taking a class at the Grand Marais Art Colony, and all I had to do was walk down the block to get there. The apartment is clean and comfortable, but there was a window on the front door that had no curtain on it, and it was very uncomfortable in the evenings. I finally hung a towel from some clips over the window.
