Front desk staff were very nice. There was no coffee at the peak of breakfast and it didn’t appear that anyone was monitoring the breakfast area. The area was convenient but unappealing and there were lots of empty beer cans in the front yard of the hotel.

Decent, they were going through some upgrades on the outside . Furniture in the room was just ok and the free breakfast smelled amazing. Is it worth the price … they could charge $10-$20 less per night, but overall I got the rest I needed for a random quick getaway and wouldn’t mind them in the future. Good stay!!

The room was clean pleasantly surprised that there was a couch and a mini fridge. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. I will stay here again next time I’m attending an event at globe life. I will highly recommend this hotel to people seeking a stay close to globe life.

The room was arranged poorly. Sofa bed folded out in front of door blocking it. Shower and toilet separate area from sink. If you wake up before others you can’t use the sink or mirror without turning on the lights in the main sleeping area. A/C whining and loud. Pool closed. Had to ask for bedding for pullout. Shower water pressure poor. No microwave. Zero usb outlets. Alarm clock had a mp3 setting if that tells you how out of date it is. Breakfast wasn’t bad but the silverware was as cheap as you can possibly get. Based on price and reputation is was a complete letdown!

We unfortunately were given a family room where the AC was not working, the staff gave us a box fan, which with 103 heat doesnt do anything really. they were nice , but we were not offered another room or any sort of refund or solution for it , at 230.00 a night they should have been more accommodating

Our stay was great! The young man that checked us in was so friendly and funny! He was super knowledgeable and informative. Our room was nice and comfortable, and cold (the best part)! The location was super convenient to the baseball field (why were there). The sign by the roadway can be replaced, it’s really sun worn and we missed our turn because of another hotel that sits directly in front of the Hyatt. Luckily it wasn’t hard to get in from the side entrance, so no harm no foul, but that would be cool. It was really quiet and parking was good. The lady at check out was super sweet! Thanks Hyatt Place for a great stay!

Nice and clean, but the beds are not queen size (as shown on the website). We ran out of toiletries due to the ones left, were almost empty. We had 5 guesses and they only left us 4 shower towels. Fortunately, one of us doesn't like to shower, so we were we okay with that.

This Hyatt Place was not as nice as the first one I stayed at. It is obviously an older property renovated for Hyatt, which is fine. So they can only work with what they have, with that being said. The room was good for two people, the bathroom was pretty small. There was not much room to exit the shower and open door, but like previously mentioned it is an older property. The bed squeaked every time you moved. The breakfast was so busy we didn't bother trying anything, but it looked good. Was not impressed with the coffee though, it was a little weak for mu taste. There was noticeable bits of trash laying around, like in the elevator, and a cup on a emergency light fixture. Seemed to be priced a little high for what it is.
