Everything was great except the refrigerator started making a bad noise at 2:30 in the morning and kept me awake. I requested that the manager call me and she never did. Alot of money to get no sleep.

It was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We accidentally book our stay for the day before we arrived. The staff said no problem and did not charge us for an additional night.

10 star hotel
If we could give this hotel 10 stars we would. I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel than this one. All of the staff were always busy cleaning and touching up things, but yet had time to give you a smile and a hello The breakfast was phenomenal and the pool was wonderful Not to mention the fresh cookies were a real treat every day too. Great job to all the staff who made our stay exceptional
