Okay location, rooms were clean. The place is rated much higher than it should be in my opinion, it rates higher than much nicer hotels I have been to but you get your money’s worth here. The staff were 10/10 very friendly and helpful.

Everything was wonderful! We loved that there was a nice restaurant that we could walk to. Super convenient location. The room was very clean. The continental breakfast was great! Definitely will stay here again when in the Grand Rapids area.

When I pulled up to the hotel I thought for sure I would have a great stay. The outside is beautiful, the lobby is beautiful. But then I got to my room and it was not so beautiful. There was blood on my curtains, there was stains on my sheets and my pillows smelled like they came out of a cigarette factory. I called down to the main desk and the guy at the front and told the guy that I wanted a new room and he told me that he could not accommodate me at this time and did not offer another solution. I ended up sleeping in my car. When I checked out I told the girl at the front counter and she said "oh my goodness I am so sorry. It looks like you paid online so there is nothing I can do." I will never go back and I will never recommend.
