Our favorite place to stay! There is a skywalk taking you directly to Van Andel! The bistro in the hotel serves Starbucks and great food! Lots of attractions within walking distance! Customer Service is top notch!

Easy and quick check in. Just was not told about the check out time and about any amenities including if breakfast was included or an extra cost. It was very close to the venue we were visiting which was great. Nice and quiet.

First time in Grand Rapids! We were here for a wedding! It was a nice hotel. The only “issue” that was faced was with the parking garage. The parking garage was confusing on how to attend the basement parking garage since the main garage was full. But once it was figured out it was no issue.

Decent and clean property. Our room faced the road and from 11p-1a some kind of car or motorcycles revving engines outside at the intersection was annoying. Recommend the back side of hotel (river side)
