The location was nice. Lobby was inviting. The pool area was large and clean. The pool itself was warm and nice however the hot tub was not hot. The rooms were clean, a little on the small side. Beds were comfortable. Over all nice place. The 2 gentleman working front desk lacked some customer service skills. The over night front desk woman was friendly. Wouldn't be my first choice hotel for the area but not bad for the price.

Pool was very unique, though the slide was unavailable Staff was very pleasant, housekeeping not good at all room never had been cleaned my entire stay, trash never emptied! Requested my room to be cleaned and it never happened so 4 days of trash and dirty linen piled in my room for days. But when it was time to check out they came tapping at the door early wanting you to leave. The place is very convenient to shopping areas, cleanliness is great. They do only have one microwave for the whole hotel to use none in the rooms fyi! Over all just needs better housekeeping nobody should have trash or dirty linen in their rooms.

What a great area! Nice hotel . Easy access except for a little traffic as it seems to be a main road. Great restaurants. Hotel has a good bar and late check out (1200) . Pool is cool! Wish i would have brought the grand kids!
