Good place for a few nights stay.
Good place for a quick visit. Dedicated staff. We came late for breakfast and orage juce was gone. Talk to the front desk and in a few minuts a new jar was in place. If something is missing during the breakfast hours, instead of complaining on line, all it takes is just to ask.

Cleanliness leaves a bit to talk about. The floor on rooms were dirty to the point that my kid now has black sock when they were white. The night staff was a bit rude. When asking for additional towels for showering he demanded to know what for and why I did not wait for consierge in the morning to ask them for. When I told them that we needed 3 and they only left 2 and I was checking out next morning he went to get them on a bad modd and attitude. The air extractor/filter for the room was dropping specs of dust right above sink and counter with microwave and coffee pot.

Average hotel. Everything was clean (although the floors and tv remote were sticky, but I think it was just the cleaner they used). For the price, I don't really have any complaints. I would stay again if I ever come back to Grand Rapids

Breakfast was terrible, no waffle mix, when asked she said there was some in there just very slow to come out???? Like a hour! No tea (coffee only) no juice and when asked she said sorry we don’t have any? Room for as ok. For the price expected more!

The outside is a little dismal but was pleasantly surprised for the price with the accomodations. The building is a little old but up kept in decent shape and clean. Would stay again.

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good and decent, Gipper's restaurant next door is excellent (food is great, service is excellent and very reasonable) and close to the airport with shuttle service. It's within 10 to 15 minutes from downtown.

The EconoLodge was great. Check in and out were super easy. The room was enormous and cheap. The hotel is well located to both go do anything in Grand Rapids as well as easy to leave and get on the highway from. The facilities were all up to date, clean, and very spacious. Only complaint would be the wifi is slightly slow but the cell signal is good enough it isn’t really needed. Would recommend and will likely return as well!
