Great location & staff
Staff checked us in quickly. Also, followed up with us later that night & the following day. Shuttle was great- reserve to go within a 2 mile radius of hotel. Restaurant in hotel was fast service and good food. Beds in room were comfy and bedding/pillows were clean with fresh scent. Overall, very happy with stay!

Perfect location and Great sleep
We drove to Grand Rapids to see a show at thw DeVos Performance Hall. The location was right off the expreessway so there was no crazy downtown navigation needed and its a short walk to the Performance Hall. Parking was also easy, no driving around looking for parking, they have a lot in the feo t and back for easy access. Check in was smooth and quick with friendly staff. They have a shuttle service that will take you around town or to your destination, which we kindly accepted because it was so cold out. The driver was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She dropped us off at the front door and after the show we called them and they picked us up. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept really well. The only part that wasnt great was the restaurant inside the hotel. The food was "okay". They seem to be known for their burgers, which I didnt eat but the food we did order was not fully cooked and seemed subpar. The staff however was great and did a good job. We ate dinner and breakfast there hoping it would be worth staying on site but it wasnt. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

In Town for Christkindlmarkt in
I had a really nice stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. It was convenient to several shops and restaurants downtown, and there was a free shuttle to the Christmas market. There is also free on site parking, which I appreciated. Breakfast was very good! I would stay here again if I’m back in GR.

This was great walking to and feom town. The bus driver was amazing. But the people behund the check in, god forbid they had to do anything. The parking lot was scarry to be in after sundown they had all types of activities going on where i was always checking on my truck

Registration staff were amazing! Hotel is clean and updated and the location is great! Not super impressed with the burger place there. Bar staff was not friendly. They didn't even acknowledge us when we sat down. We asked to sit elsewhere. Food was mediocre at best. Order got screwed up but the did remedy that. Overall, hotel was great! Restaurant, not so much.
