The facility is older but remodeled. It is not very sound proof to noises from the outside or from the bar below the rooms. Unfortunately no elevator to access above ground level rooms. It was a bit unusual to have input all of our reservation information into one of the hotel's tablets, including the credit card information after this had been entered into the Expedia reservation portal online when booking the room.

Little escape up north
Great place to stay while visiting the Grand Rapids / Chisholm area! Staff was very friendly. Nice little bar / restaurant. The room was clean and had little touches to make the stay more pleasant. We’d definitely go back!

The hotel was nicely kept. Great crepes restaurant attached. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside on their patio. Unfortunately, the traffic was noisy until around 1am and then again after 5:30am. Earplugs were provided, but who wants to have to wear earplugs in order to sleep. The A/C was also loud.

We rented the 3 bedroom suite for Riverfest weekend and it was wonderful! Rooms were clean and well appointed. Location is close to several restaurants and the concert venue. We’ll be back next year!!
