Our assigned room was still dirty from the previous hotel guests. The front desk refused to give us a new room and made us wait 30 minutes for room service to clean. No apology or compensation was given. Additional Issues: -water damage on bathroom walls -broken sink handle -makeup on the clean towel

Poor upkeep. We stayed there several years ago and it was in much better shape than it is now. The sink faucet in our room was crooked and moved around when you turned it on and off. In the bathtub, the faucet would not turn fully on to the shower head so water came out overhead and the tub faucet at the same time. The TV was outdated but at least there were some channels to turn on before bed. The room did have a mini fridge though, which was nice. The elevators moved so slowly that people were utilizing the stairs instead even from the third floor. The primary attraction of the hotel is the proximity to downtown without the downtown prices. I would NOT recommend this hotel to a friend unless they really wanted to save money on their trip.

Run, don’t walk away from this hotel.
This hotel was disgusting. As I pulled into the parking lot, I knew the photos on the website had stretched the truth. It looked so sketchy. The room was filthy, everything was run down with a coat of paint over *some* of it. There were stains on the bed and furniture, the shower had mold on it that could have been cleaned. There were hairs and what looked like old toothpaste on the sink. The staff at the front desk had zero personality, and once in the room and looking deeply into the crime in the area, I no longer felt safe staying there with my children. I left my keys at the front desk and walked out immediately, and stayed elsewhere. As I walked out with my children, there appeared to be someone who was homeless loitering around the exit. I would have taken photos but I couldn’t get out of there quick enough.

Clean and great location near the zoo
We wanted a place close to the zoo. We came in for the lantern festival. Hotel was clean, staff friendly. It looks like there is a balcony but it was only a facade. Husband found a piece of soap on the floor upon entering most likely dropped by housekeeping. Could have been something worse right? All kidding aside, we would surely stay here again.

Stay somewhere else.
This hotel is not representative of a radisson. Our bed sheets were dirty, the ice machine was broken, the walls were filthy, there was no hot water in the sink that also didnt drain. The shower was warm but not hot and when I let them know they said- "if you have cold water, they would all be cold.. did you let the water run?" Yes for 10 minutes. I am normally not one to post bad reviews but felt compelled.

this hotel is very outdated and no ablility to get snacks or drinks. charged $50 for incidentals that is refunded at checkout but makes no sense since the frig in the room was empty. Also the website stated continental breakfast and thats not true. Air conditioner on the room was very loud. If I was staying more than 1 night I would have left and went somewhere else.

I was very disappointed with my stay. I was there 2 nights: Friday and Saturday nights. We missed dinner at out pre-conference session Friday night. I called the Radisson to see if they had a restaurant (not open); are there restaurants close by (didn't know, but thought not); did they have a list of restaurants who delivered (no). Upon return to the hotel, they did have menus from resptaurants that delivered, which we used. In the room, the coffee maker did not have a basket in which to place the coffee 'bag,' making it impossible to make coffee. Had I been able to do so, there were not enough sugar packets. The bathtub bathmat was dirty on one side. Breakfast. Saturdays and Sundays, the only option was $12.79 for the 'Buffet" There was no complimentary breakfast. the Buffet option for the most part, is what would have been complimentary at other, less expensive hotels and definitely not worth $12.79. I asked to take my cup of coffee with me. Since I had not selected Starbucks coffee at the beginning, they could not give me a lid for the coffee cup! On the up side, the staff member at the desk didn't hassle us about a late check out, from 11am to 1pm.

Not the worst but just ok
We had to switch from our room from the first night because of issues with the sink. The staff were great with the accommodating a room change because of the issues. Overall, I would say the hotel has a lot of issues with cleanliness and upkeep. It was a bit tough to bear for the price. I probably would not stay here again, unless the rooms were significantly cheaper. I highly recommend against booking the accessible room, even if it is a cheaper option on Hotels.com.
