Although the hotel seems well located it is impossible to get to and there is no nearby parking so valet is almost a must and is not included. A hotel is new and clean and modern but decorated in some old lady 1970s Style which is very strange. Also it lacks simple amenities like a back mat so the only alternative is to put a towel on the floor. Also I am short and the beds are very high so it was difficult to get in and out. The beds are very soft which don't give much support. Wi-Fi worked well. Staff friendly enough. We did attend an event at the hotel which worked out well and the food was good.

Would recommend the Graduate to anyone looking to stay close to MSU! Loved the vibe and theme of the hotel relating to various sports and former athletes who attended MSU. Every employee I interacted with was extremely friendly and accomodating.

A1 hotel, you get what you pay for here. Not cheap, but I'd 100% book it again if staying for a Michigan State game (and will look into the chain at other college locations wheb traveling). Very impressed.

Staff was friendly and very helpful! Housekeeping services were very good. We didn't realize that there are no ice makers for guest use. It was hot while were were in Michigan and our room ac unit required service twice. We liked the location and the decor. The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed.

Absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff was friendly, it was in a great area close to everything downtown, and the room had everything I needed. If I had to make one complaint it would be that the full length mirror was in a bad spot. Kind of in a shadowy area of the room so hard to see anything in it. But i even went up to the rooftop bar and it was nice up there. The wrap i had was surprisingly delicious.
