Welcome to our renovated old farmhouse, located in the heart of the Grand'Landes forest, with spacious living areas and a large garden for wonderful moments with friends or family.
This gîte is the ideal place to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature.

The accommodation
With a surface area of 212m² and a total plot of 3000m², this gîte offers travelers the chance to enjoy an enchanted interlude in the heart of nature. Please note: the forest surrounding the house is not accessible to travelers.
The gîte has an outdoor jacuzzi for a serene break. ATTENTION: the jacuzzi is in winter storage and cannot be used from early January to April 1st.

Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the booking price. However, we do offer hotel-quality linen for hire (subject to availability).
The house has WIFI access. Please note that the quality of the WIFI network is variable and very weak at times.

THIS ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES :

GROUND FLOOR:
* Entrance hall with storage space for coats and shoes
* A fully-equipped self-contained kitchen (gas stove, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, mixer, soup blender, deep fryer, mayonnaise mixer, all necessary kitchen utensils).
* A dining room with a large table and chairs,
* A living room with two sofas, TV, board games (fireplace not accessible and non-functional),
* One bedroom with Queen Size bed, bedside tables and lamps,
* Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, mirror, hairdryer, towel rail and storage space,
* A shower room with washbasin, toilet, mirror, hair dryer, towel dryer and storage space,
* Separate WC,
* Nursery with cot, high chair & changing mat. Potty, deckchair, playpen and stroller also available on request,
* A laundry room with washing machine and tancarville,

1ST FLOOR:
* One bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables and lamps,
* One bedroom with two single beds (80cm), which are brought together to make a double bed, bedside tables and lamps,
* One bedroom with Queen Size bed, bedside tables and lamps,
* One bedroom with a Queen Size bed, bedside tables and lamps,
* A dormitory with 4 single beds (90cm), storage space and bedside lamps,
* Bathroom with bath, washbasin, mirror, hairdryer and storage space,

Upstairs rooms have blackout curtains only.

OUTSIDE
* A barn with ping-pong table, darts, molky, shuffleboard, net and badminton rackets,
* A large enclosed garden with Jacuzzi for 6 people, barbecue, outdoor tables and chairs, sails, parasol, deckchairs, swing and children's swing,
In July & August for one-week stays, a pool attendant will visit the property every Friday to clean the jacuzzi between rentals. Please note that the jacuzzi will be unusable for several hours after the attendant's visit.
PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply with the rules governing the use of the jacuzzi will result in a minimum charge of €450 (inc. VAT).
In the event of non-compliance with hygiene rules requiring the intervention of a pool technician to restore the jacuzzi, a fixed fee of €50 will be charged. If it is necessary to carry out a total draining before the classic draining, a fixed fee of 136€ will be charged.

FOR YOUR PETS :
One pet is allowed. Pets are not allowed in rooms or upstairs.
A kennel is available outside the house.

For your parking, you can park in the grounds of the accommodation (up to 6 cars).
