The hotel was lovely, staff was kind and helpful they even lent me a lint roller when I forgot my own haha. Check in was easy and very straight forward. The hotel overall was very clean, modern and well decorated. The room we booked was large and the bathroom was enormous in comparison to other hotels I've visited.

Liked the shower. This property was way over priced, no resteraunt, no information in rooms, Very small t.v., the shop was to expensive (over priced). No snack machines on any of the floors,.The pool wasnt available and neirher was the spa. $200 deposit (ridiculous)! $470.00 not worth the price. I will not recommend ANY OF MY FRIENDS TO THIS PLACE AND I ONLY GIVE THEM A 1 STAR RATING! What a waist of money.

A very nice hotel, but unfortunately does not have a restaurant attached, hence why I didn’t give 5 star. You can order through Uber eats, but you’re paying the extra fee. Very convenient location to the airport. Only seven minutes away.

The pool and the hot tub was closed. While I can appreciate factors can be outside the control of the hotel, and I was advised of the ability to cancel without cost, on short order the reality of finding another suitable hotel for my family with two young kids is unrealistic. It would have been nice if there was even some simple token of recognition (free movie rental, complimentary snacks, etc.) that could have eased the disappointment of my kids and the original reason I had booked at this hotel.

Very nice hotel and well-maintained but the internet/wifi there is terrible. Constantly resetting and losing connection made it difficult to do basic work on laptop.

Didn't Look Good, but They Saved It!
We received an apologetic phone call hours before we planned to check in. Apparently through a series of misunderstandings, our room had been given to someone else. Because we are a family of six, we always book the suite at the Hampton. Now we were asked if we would take a double queen with a cot. OR, they would put us up in a suite at another hotel. For Free. They took ownership of their mistake and did everything in their power to make it right. They even had gift bags with snacks in our room when we arrived. What could have been a major blunder was rectified with some excellent customer service and a willingness to take a loss. Well done Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Grande Prairie.

The lady checking us in spoke much too quiet. I repeatedly asked her to repeat herself. That was the only complaint. Great overall place to stay. The airport shuttle is very convenient
