The staff is more than likely the best your going to get in the grande prairie area. Friendly, helpful, always willing to take time for you and understanding. The building is in good standing not a 5* but for the price compared to others ive seen it might as well be. If your here for work or a quick stop you should definitely consider this as your first option.

Our hotel arrival area and room both had a very unpleasant smell, the room was not clean with hair on the pillows and in the sink/shower also the blankets had cigarette burns in them and this was sup[posed to be a non-smoking room. The shower head had water squirting out all over the place except for directly on you. Over all I will say that we will never stay here again. We did not feel safe and it was very noisy as well.
