Had a room facing the highway. The noise from the trucks using their brakes was loud disturbing our sleep. Also the hot tub was not available for the time we were there.

Not to many know the definition of HANDICAP!!!!!
I was travelling with my senior father who is in wheelchair. The hotel informed me that I had to cancel my original room that I had booked for my father, due to that I needed a handicap which is NOT available through hotel.com. When we arrived to inspect the so-called handicap room, the room/suite had NOT ONE Single grab bar. I often have to move furniture in order to allow additional space between the bed and wall. This place was no different….!!!!
