Central Florida Lake House

Spend your next trip with friends and family in this almost 4000 square foot home. Some of the details of this beautiful home include: 1/2 acre lot, newly built, salt pool and spa inside of screen enclosure, lake side property, large stand alone soaking tub in master, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for entertaining. The extra long driveway has tons of space to park your vehicles**Maximum amount of cars parked at the home is 6**. 25-30 minute drive to USSSA Sports Complex, 1 hour drive to Orlando Int'l Airport, 1 1/2 drive to Disney parks and 20 minute drive to several beaches. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral are within an hours drive. Business travelers are welcome for long term stay as well!

Although I want you to enjoy your stay to the utmost level, you must also be respectful of this peacefully quiet community. This is not a party house, so excessively loud outdoor noises, guests parking down the street, large events or unapproved gatherings/parties will not be tolerated and may result in your stay being cancelled without a refund. If you'd like to fish(catch and release) in the lake, you must do so only on my property directly behind the home. There are no motorized water activities allowed on the lake in this community. Please use caution when around or in the lake and do not let small children or pets venture near the edge of the lake.

Please use extreme caution when using the pool. Children should be supervised in and around the pool at all times. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the pool and hot tub.

Although we do our best to keep the property in the best shape that it can possibly be in, there will be times where things are overlooked or may need to be fixed while guests are in the home. Christmas Heaven
The home was more than can be seen online, the attention to detail was wonderful, more than enough room for a large get togethers like we did Christmas Day and early evening, the grand kids loved the pool as so did I and everyone else, couldn’t as for a more perfect time for family and friends to get together, so wonderful, host made everything very easy, All spelled out, and a wonderful time, thank you so much for our family to get together on a wonderful holidays, Thank You, we definitely refer this property and the host, Happy New Years and Thank You Bery Much

Great Place
We had 15 people ranging in age from 6-68 and everyone had a bed. Accommodations were comfortable. One bedroom downstairs for the older couple and all the rest slept upstairs. Pool was comfortable and we used it just about every day. Would rent again

Great Family Gathering
Our stay was amazing! My grandmother recently turned 100, so we were visiting Florida to celebrate her birthday. There were 13 of us staying in the house with ages ranging from 13 to 78. Everyone raved about what a great find the house was. The layout of the house was wonderful, the pool and hot tub were refreshing, the view of the lake was calming, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We celebrated my grandmother's birthday at the house and loved that there was a leaf to expand the dining room table for us all to eat around. Communication with Cindy was excellent! She was always quick to respond, especially when we needed the hot tub to be heated. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and everyone in the family was pleased. Thank you, Cindy!!

Great Property
This house was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens and they even left snacks. The check out process was super easy. The only complaint we had was having to pay extra to heat the hot tub and then did not have the ability to turn it on and off without contacting the host.

Overall stay was good. Beautiful house located on the lake. Plenty of room for guest. The host was hospitable. Lots of rules. The only thing I did not like, was calling the host and asking them to turn on the hot tub but they were very punctual when asked. Good times

Fishing in Fellsmere
This house is great and Cindy is excellent to work with. We were a group of 5, we each had a room to our own with one bedroom to spare. I would highly recommend this property, we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after fishing all day. No need to dine out, the kitchen, living room and pool area is great area to hang out for cocktails and food prep. We will book again.

Wonderful lake home
We had family coming to town for a graduation and we booked this house for them. It’s very close to our house and was perfect. They’re from a big city so they absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet and space the home provided. The home owner was extremely responsive and kind. I would definitely book again :)

Pool gathering without a Pool
Pool was green upon arrival on Wednesday and wasn’t useable until Saturday. Friday while using the outside patio around a green pool Painters arrived asking if we could go inside for them to paint the poolside section of the house. We asked the owner if they could come on Monday as we were leaving a day early due to such poor accommodations and they insisted we allow the painters access. Pool lights are controlled by the owner and they are aware they do not work properly. So many issues with how we were treated. Suggestion by owner was that we cancel and book elsewhere. Ages 18 to 85, arriving from 4 states via car and plane and that was the solution offered. We were stuck in this situation and at the mercy of their pool person who made it clear to us we were not a priority and even asked us to tip him while he was there. We had looked forward to this trip for nearly a year and made the best with what we had to work with but it wasn’t what we paid for nor were promised from the posting information on this property.

We really enjoyed our stay! There were 3 families together total of 5 kids and 6 adults and we still had extra beds to spare. The home was in excellent condition and the pool and spa were set to a perfect temperature every day. The owner was prompted when we had questions! Great home in a quiet neighborhood
We were a group of 9 girls celebrating our best friends' bachelorette party. The house was extremely spacious, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with pantry items. One thing to note, the house doesn't have cable. The TV's are all set up for Netflix, Disney+, etc, but you need to have your own login. Otherwise, everything either met, or exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Cindy!

Lovely property!
Overall the stay was great. We enjoyed the property as we were there for baseball. Initially upon arriving to the home it was awesome, when it was time to go to bed we realized the linen was not cleaned at all - good thing we travelled with extra linen. I will say with every concern or complaint that we had Cindy was on top of it. House is very well stocked and the pool was awesome as we were in it everyday. If ever in the area we will stay again.

Family get away
We had an excellent time. The only negative for us would probably be that the fishing was catch and release. The kitchen was fabulous and the neighborhood was quiet. I would suggest adding shower mats to the tubs and showers as we found them to be a bit slippery. Also the fee for the hot tub is not clearly explained in the writeup. Gorgeous home and the huge grill was a plus.
