Didn’t have and Ice bucket. Ask a woman that was cleaning a room by the ice machine. Gave my room number never got a bucket. TV remote dint work. It did get taken care of. When I called to get the TV looked at I asked again for an ice bucket. Never got an ice bucket. The woman when we checked was very nice

An okay stay
the soap dispenser above the sink was empty and there was a nasty stain on the bed skirt. I told the lady when we checked out and she wrote it down to get it fixed. It was a ice room with a couch, nice addition.

The room was clean and spacious. The tv worked fine and the bed was comfortable. They indicted free “continental breakfast” but all they had available was two types of cereal and a waffle maker. In the morning there was a car parked in the drive through at the front of the hotel that had been there the previous night. The car had a “For Sale” sign in the window and it appeared one of the employees had just parked their for sale car there (blocking the drive through) hoping someone would see the car was available.

The free breakfast is only waffles you make, juice and coffee. There was an empty bag of loaf bread and when I asked if they have more bread or if they have pastries they said we’re out. The breakfast area just opened an hour ago. The photo that shows breakfast area with no food is correct. They don’t have food! Not worth it for the price they charge.

The check-in was VERY slow because the clerk had already given my reservation to a different person whose first name was also James (she apparently never looked at the last names). She had trouble getting that straightened out. Also, they advertised breakfast hours as 6-9 AM, but my group met for breakfast at 8:30 only to find that nearly every breakfast item was already gone. The desk clerk was sitting at the desk with a clear view of the area, but did nothing to replenish the breakfast items. Very disappointing!
