All outside doors, I could not tell from the photos and the description did not say. The heater was loud and noisy all night. Then breakfast - no napkins, no knives,no coffee cups. Desk clerk got coffee cups from house keeping but lids did not fit. We will stay elsewhere next trip

Room was very clean and all furniture was in new condition. The bed was one of the most comfortable that my wife and I have slept in. Very modest breakfast but was fine for the price of the room. The cleaning crew (Lyle) found an item that was left and we were notified right away. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at this property for one night. The next day I found I had been bitten by a spider while staying there. I had 4 bite marks on my hand . Had to seek medical attention when I arrived at my destination.

Terrible people at Sure Stay.
Terrible. Edie, the front desk clerk assured my wife I could check in early to prepare for a hospital procedure. The early check in was arranged a day in advance. After arriving to check in at noon to prepare for a colonoscopy, the manager on duty said the room was not ready, and I would have to pay an extra $25 to enter the room. He said it was Expedia's policy. The front desk clerk and on duty manager are both despicable liars. I won't be using Expedia or hotels.com anymore.

The floor in the room was a faux wood, and it was dirty. We spilled a little water, and when we wiped it up with a white towel the towel had a large black spot on it from the floor. The area around the hotel was littered and barren. It was a pet friendly hotel, but there was no area to walk the dogs and no pet stations for picking up after your dogs, so there was dog waste all over in the rocks and shrub areas where people chose to take their dogs. The towels in the room were low quality. The breakfast options were minimal, although the breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Not a good value for the rate. We will not stay at this property again.

The staff was amazing. The room was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The area is very depressed and it’s kind of on a really falling apart dead end road. The building itself was good though.
