We stayed here for 3 days, family of 4. Check in was easy and breakfast was absolutely delicious. So glad we added that to our package. Very close to Hershey park and Indian Echo Caverns. Our room was clean along with all the bathrooms and lobby. Only complaint was that we had a pull out bed and were not provided linens. When asked for was told to go to the front desk when we returned which ended up being late. Front desk gave us the wrong linens(2 flat sheets, a pillow and a tablecloth) and had to go back again to get the correct ones. There was also construction at the time of our stay which made parking challenging and there were no signs to find the outdoor pool. Overall worth the price and a comfortable stay for our short vacation.

Place is under construction and very dated. A staff member at 5:30pm while I was in my room keyed into my room with no knocking or warning. Everything just felt a little dirty and old and dilapidated.

For the price this Holiday Inn was not up to snuff. We stay at lots of Holiday Inns and this one was a bit worn out. It is not consistent with our Holiday Inn experience. It seems like an older hotel that needs updating. The carpets were dirty, the towels were dingy, the decor was tired. The AC was one of the ones that cycles off and on all night waking you up with each noisy change. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The food was ok. The staff was good.

My reservation ask for a KingSize bed. The wallpaper was peeling in this particular room and there was no phone to call the front desk. No came to clean the room even after i mentioned it to housekeeping.

The hotel was good! The breakfast was very expensive for not good food but that’s hotel breakfast I guess. My biggest issue was it is the first week of August and this is when you want to renovate one of your pools?!? That should be in the disclaimer when uoh book the room. Beds were comfortable and the hotel is right off the highway .. can’t beat that!

Staff at check in were extremely rude. I guess they knew someone in line behind me and it was more important to talk to them than it was to complete my chrck in. I was given a key card and that was it. No directions to the room, i had to ask for pool passes, i had to ask for the breakfast vouchers i paid for in advance, they wanted to charge my card another 30 dollars for my wife and i for breakfast.

The property was convenient and quiet. Restaurant hours were limited. Breakfast was $14.99 per person. The room door looked like someone had busted the security handle. We requested extra towels and only got 1 full body size with extra floor mats, hand towels, and wash cloths. One bed looked as though there was no center support.

Cmon....
Cmon folks, all most people want when they stop for the night is a comfortable bed, clean accommodations and a nice hot shower. 2 out of 3 are not bad. Bed was comfortable and the hotel appeared clean, but the nice relaxing shower did not happen as I had to search for the water coming out of the shower head. Just take the water saver out and let some of the water come out so i can at least wash the shampoo out of my hair. That's is all.

The room was old and in bad shape with water stains on the ceiling. The bathroom was so gross that my wife was afraid to use it and the door wouldn’t even close the whole way. I do not recommend staying here. There are better options in the area.
