The hosts, Christian and Catherine, were so kind and friendly - really great people! We appreciated the quiet location that was close to the beach (5 min walk), close to downtown Granville, and not too far from Mont St Michel, Bayeux, and the Normandy beaches. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. Since we stayed here for a month, we also appreciated having a full kitchen with all the necessary cooking items available and having a washing machine. The gîte does not have its own internet router, so the wifi signal is not very strong. The hosts did have an amplifier installed which helped a bit, but if you need really fast, reliable wifi, you should be aware of this detail. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mr Mme Julienne qui sont tres accueillant et sympathique.La location est conforme aux descriptif et photos sur le site Abritel.Tres bien située pour decouvrir la region.La mer est à 500m et les petits commerces 800m et supermarchés 2km.Nous sommes tres satisfait de notre séjour et nous la conseillerons sans hésiter a notre famille et amis

Un cocon en bord de mer :-)
C'est une charmante location, au calme avec une jolie vue à 5mn de marche de la mer ; on peut également aller jusqu'à Granville et sa Haute Ville à pied, c'est une belle promenade. Les commerces sont accessibles également à pied en prenant le petit chemin juste en face de la maison : très agréable. M. et Mme Julienne sont adorables :-) Véronique

Super logement propre et fonctionnel au calme et bien situé
Le logement est bien équipé et a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. Décoration sobre, logement très propre et de plein pied. Christian et sa femme sont des propriétaires discrets, flexibles et adorables avec plein de bons conseils (sorties, visites, restaurants...). Le logement est en campagne, au calme avec un jardin privé sur l'arrière sans vis à vis et le parking devant permet de se garer facilement juste devant la maison. Le bord de mer est à 5 minutes à pieds et le bourg de St Pair sur mer, ses commerces et marché, accessibles aussi à pieds. Granville est à 10 minutes en voirture avec son port, ses boutiques et musées. Jullouville avec sa belle plage est accessible en 10 minutes en voiture. Bien situé aussi pour aller voir la baie du Mont St Michel. Bref, séjour sous le soleil Normand très agréable et à conseiller !

Une charmante petite maison très bien située à 50 mètres entre terre et mer. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont indiqué les sites aux alentours à visiter. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Location très agréable, au calme. Très bien équipé,décoré avec goût. Propriétaires très sympas.Location calme car hors la ville mais proche de points stratégiques (Mont St Michel, Avranche, Coutance,st Malo..). De belles plages alentours. Sur le" front "des commerces, à proximité de commerces traditionnels à st Paire ,quelques minutes à pied.et à proximité de 2 grandes surfaces éventuellement. Séjour très agréable d’autant que le temps était de la partie..

La location est très agréable.. Maison très lumineuse et très fonctionnelle. On se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage... Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympathiques... Vraiment c'est une location à conseiller et la région est splendide... Donc notre séjour fut très agréable et reposant...
