Near Soulac/sea, 5 km from ocean beaches
New fully air-conditioned house of 100 M² for 6 people (3 bedrooms) chalet style with private swimming pool (6x4), covered, heated from MAY to October. Its 100 m² wooden terrace, its garden furniture, its relax areas and its barbecue. land entirely enclosed and not overlooked. Shops and a restaurant (with mini golf course) 300 m away. 3 bedrooms for 6 beds, large living room with open-plan kitchen, pantry, 2 bathrooms, one with WC. Comfortable kitchen. Free internet access. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a multi-door fridge, a built-in oven, 1 ceramic hob, a normal coffee maker, a Senséo, microwave and crockery for 6 people. You also have a pantry with a washing machine, a dryer, a 200 liter accumulator and everything for cleaning.
2 bedrooms are equipped with 140 cm double beds with cupboards and storage space.
1 bedroom is equipped with a large 160 cm bed and storage space.
Sheets and towels are included in the price.
The swimming pool is heated with a heat pump and thanks to the telescopic shelter, night swimming is fun because you are like in a bubble!!! The house is located in the town of Grayan 8 KM from SOULAC/sea 5 minutes by car, 10 km from Montalivet. Our supervised beach is located 5 km away and you will find sports activities for your children on site. Car parking is free as well as parking for bicycles. Board sports, horseback riding on the beach or in the forest. 5 km from the Euronat thalassotherapy center. Going back towards Le Verdon/mer you have a tourist port with its restaurants and sporting activities (jet ski, sailing lessons, etc. ) . Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle route with these vineyards known throughout the world!! Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these nature parks. oysters, tastings on site possible with a view of the bird island!!

Séjour Soulac-sur-Mer
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette maison chalet avec piscine. L’hôte est toujours à disposition et nous a conseillé sur beaucoup de chose. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans cette maison et la piscine chauffée est un plus pour passer un séjour agréable en cas de forte chaleur. Il y a beaucoup d’activité à faire dans les alentours et les passionnés de sport y trouveront leur compte. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison. Propriétaire très professionnel que nous remercions. La maison est bien disposée, piscine très agréable avec le dôme permettant de chauffer encore davantage et une terrasse à l'ombre dans l'après midi. Pelouse synthétique. Nous avons pu promener notre chienne tous les jours dans des chemins derrière la maison en y rencontrant écrevisse ou encore biche. Tout est à maxi 20 mns en voiture (Plages, commerces,...). Merci Sylvain pour les précisions du début de séjour.

Schöner Urlaub
Das schöne Haus hat alles was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist abgedeckt (kindersicher) und warm und das eingezäunte Grundstück war perfekt für unseren Hund. Die herrlichen Strände waren Nicht weit entfernt mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und ein kleiner Supermarkt war zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider waren die Betten nicht sehr bequem und quietschen fürchterlich. Aber davon abgesehen war alles perfekt.

Wunderbar !
Alles sehr schön und viel Platz. Der Pool ist das Highlight, auch bei Regen. Strand le Gurp in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Tolle Restaurants in Soulac-sur-mer, natürlich etwas höherpreisig. Aber gute Qualität. Soulac schön zum Flanieren. Guter und großer Carrefour in der Nähe. Herr Tiffon sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Kleinigkeiten werden sofort erledigt. Wir würden wiederkommen.
