We had 2 queens and a pull out bed. It was nice that we had amenough room for our family of 5. The bathroom was spacious and everything was clean.

Had to go to main lobby on 3 separate occasions : out of toilet paper, needed more towels, no bedding supplied for pull out sofa. Pull out sofa was also dirty and had food crumbs on it.

Beds were comfortable and we slept well but the property is a not-bad rendition of a cheap hotel. No rugs. Corners were cut: cheap linens, sporadic housekeeping, mediocre breakfast. Some staff was friendly; some was surly. Worth what we paid.

Definitely needs to be update inside. Very quiet building all together. Maps shows to enter off main road but now way in. Pillows not to comfortable. All together an okay stay. Poor customer service from a few members.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the maids. The elevators could use some updates and maintenance, they smell like burning rubber. The hot tub needs repairs too. They had to manually override for jets to work. Also temperature was cold, until Jets started working. They do have hot breakfast (eggs and sausage) and options for low carb diets! Breakfast ends at 10! Don’t be late or they will lock the doors on you.

Rate was great. Beds are VERY firm. Air conditioner barely cooled the room. The hotel and room were overall clean but Rm 222’s bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The furnishings were slightly dated and could use an update. Shower curtain had holes and was fraying. The bathroom fan in room 222 could use a cleaning to help get rid of that foul smell. Space behind the mattress was dirty and had crumbs and loose hairs that should’ve been vacuumed up.

My stay was very restful and pleasant. The hotel was clean, visually appealing and appeared to be well maintained in a good area. There were also various food choices close to the hotel and the hotel breakfast was pretty good. I would stay at this hotel again if traveling in the area.

It was a very nice stay. The manager was lovely. She made sure to get us checked in even though the system was messing up. The breakfast was nice, the staff made sure it was full. The room was so nice. We had a king bed and couch room. Very nice. The hot tub was great!

Clean and Family Friendly
Very friendly staff, clean rooms and plenty of extra space in the rooms. The huge couch was particularly helpful with 2 teenage boys trying to watch TV! It was weird having tiled floors instead of carpeting in a hotel room, but honestly I much prefer it now! There was no hint of dirt or dust bunnies on the floors, and the bathroom was sparkling clean.

The staff of this hotel need service training. I asked for linens and was told no because she was the only staff working. The "store" is bare bones. The restaurant was closed except for breakfast. Breakfast promptly ended at 9:30 with the housekeeper shutting and locking the doors. I've never seen anything like that in my life.
