1 - on second floor and no elevator and I have a bad knee 2 - when they came to clean room all we wanted was fresh towels to switch out and he had nothing to give us so he went down and grabbed two pool towels to give us 3 - nobody at front desk when we arrived or left - had to wait at least /0 min for somebody to check us in 4 - sheet had a horrible yellow stain on it so I took that top sheet off

As soon as you walk into the room you get this musty smell that just hits you in the face. It was so bad we ended up buying febreeze and sharing it with another couple groups that stayed with us. Also the bathroom outlet did not work and the light in the bathroom kept going on and off all night. Even when taking a shower it wouldnt stay on. The bathroom you could tell had not been sweeped. The beds were very uncomfortable. I think sleeping in the floor would have been more comfortable and the pillows just deflated as soon as your head hit them. Overall horrible but we had committed to staying for that one night due to having to get up so early the following day. The staff was super nice and friendly. It was just everything else wasn't the best.

Our room was ok, it could definitely use some updating but was clean,had a faint smell of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. We had an issue with our tv and an associate went out of her way to correct it as fast as possible. We would stay there again

I always like to stay at Best Westerns because they usually have decent pillows. Your pillows we the fat foam kind that kill the neck of a side sleeper and are usually found in Choice hotels, not Best Western. Also, didn't check, so blame myself, but stuck a salad in the refrigerator and lost it because the refrigerator wasn't on. Otherwise, room and stay were great. Front desk was unusually attentive. Breakfast was nice.

Great Place to Stay
Everything was excellent. Room was very clean. Beds were nice and firm. Ambiant light wasn't that bad, so you could sleep. My only complaint was the hot breakfast consisted only of biscuits & gravy plus sausage. Some scrambled eggs would have been nice. Otherwise everything was great at a great price.
