Welcome to your home away from home! This charming 60ies-style house offers all the amenities of modern living in a quiet residential area while connecting you to a vibrant city with its professional, cultural, and recreational attractions.

The house offers an open kitchen, dining, and living area perfect for entertaining or relaxing in good company. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a side-by-side refrigerator, induction stove, convection oven, and super-quiet Bosch dishwasher. A large sliding glass door leads to the private terrace where comfortable furniture and a Weber grill await you. Enjoy the garden with fruit trees and lawn space perfect for a round of badminton after a busy day! The entry hall and guest bathroom complete the downstairs area.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, one with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and a large closet. The second bedroom features a 170 x 200 cm double bed, a large closet, and a desk. The third bedroom has been converted into a versatile private office with a large desk and shelves, but it would also accommodate a crib. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub, shower, and second WC.

Wood flooring, triple pane windows with screens, and floor heating in the bathroom (central district heating) guarantee living comfort. The adjacent carport offers two private parking spaces as well as covered space for bicycles. In the finished basement, you will find a washer and dryer.
