It was our wedding night and we reserved the deluxe room so that family could stay at our house with our children. Upon arrival I had a receipt for the deluxe room and the front desk manager said that the rooms were not available because they were already occupied. He put us in another room where we found dead crickets on the bed, he also stated the issue was because the wrong reservation was sent to them, but I had a receipt for the reservation showing the correct room. So on my wedding night, they gave our room away and chose to argue with me and still charged me.

Power was out at checkin time, but came on before getting to the room. Breakfast was typical worthless continental breakfast. Room was cleam and no bed bugs. That was a plus.
