I picked this hotel because I wanted to take my boys swimming in the indoor pool and they lied about it not being open they kept saying we will call you once it’s open and I found out the next morning there was nothing wrong with it they were just to lazy to open it. I’m so upset because it was my boys last day of their vacation with me and we were hoping to have some fun together in the pool

Bed was excellent. Pillows were excellent despite being those little square pillow hotels seem to use now. Back door card scanner did not work which was quite inconvenient because that’s where parking is located. It didn’t work for our friends either so it wasn’t our room cards that were faulty (and they opened our room door). Breakfast was far below average and was the only place in the hotel that need more attention to cleanliness.

The hotel is OK. Not the most renovated, but amenities are in good condition. The breakfast was terrible though, almost non-existing. In the 4 days we stayed there, they ran out of food many times and people had to wait while the grouchy person looking after the breakfast area prepared the food. The person was always unfriendly and rude if asked any question, all other employees were friendly and kind. More than one day we skipped breakfast as it was not worth it, and we just ate out. Usually hotels do not provide much variety for breakfast, but this was one of the most limited, almost no breakfast, hotel I have stayed in for a long while. Overall, I would stay there again IF the price was right.

Very disappointing. The whole reason for booking this property was for the pool but it was "locked" and nobody could get in. I've never heard a worse excuse in my life. Plus it took a half hour for the kid to get us checked in and our card was 'denied'. Now I'm showing a full charge for the room on my card when it was already prepaid. For being a newer property, this was a very disappointing stay.... .and I'm in the road about 30 nights per year.

Overall the hotel was sufficient for our one night stay before catching a flight the next morning. We left before breakfast so no comment to make there. There was ALOT of highway noise and what sounded like people racing all night with the occassional police sirens. Im not sure if thats a regular occurence. We stayed here Christmas Eve and were very disappointed to show up and find the pool and hot tub were under renovation. This was especially disappointing for my kids. I understand maintenance and upgrades need to happen, but for something that seems to have been planmed, it should be changed on all hotel booking sites or at the very least let people know via email and offer a refund if they want to cancel due to the closure. I shouldn't have to pay full price when one of the main amentities I was shopping for in a hotel was unavailable. I could have booked a different hotel had I known the pool was under renovation. The staff were friendly, and checking in and out was easy. The hotel was clean and easy to find.

2nd time coming in the last year, and again “the pool was down for repairs” also for someone who doesn’t know the area, and they have “airport” at the end of their name, this usually is a good indicator that they have a shuttle service or can assist with information to or about the airport. I asked when I checked in, and they said no. I asked if they could recommend any service that would take us to the airport, and she didn’t know, and was not helpful. Room was nice though !

Don’t let the name fool you.
Very disappointed in the name.. WHY does it say airport yet offers no shuttle to airport. I booked because of the reference. After arriving and then finding out there was no shuttle, I had to UBER to airport. After my granddaughter flight I tried to get an UBER back to hotel. They were charging 3x as much then ride up AND there was no Uber available, I was Stuck at the airport for over an hour until a nice young couple offered to give me a ride. very unhappy.
