A very nice hotel, great staff. We liked the downtown location. The only down side was the noisy person in the next room. The issue was promptly dealt with by staff.

A beautiful respite
Staying here was an amazing luxury after the difficult travel day I'd had. Everyone was kind and hospitable, had snacks and drinks available for this weary traveler, the beds were SO comfortable, and the breakfast delivered to our door in the morning was a delicious meal from as coffee shop down the street. WHAT. A. PLEASURE. I wish there were a place like this in every town. Thank you, Gibson staff!

Clean, comfortable room. Safe, secure hotel. Lots of goodies offered to bring to the room upon check in. Breakfast delivered to room was a great idea in concept to overcome the lack of a restaurant or breakfast area but the selections were not great. I would stay there again. I have the feeling that it is the best Great Falls has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay and staying again in a few days on our way back. We were disappointed that the downtown area had several vacant buildings and we felt a little uncomfortable at night walking back from a very nice restaurant (chop & steak house) due to some street people.

We were able to choose our own breakfast items for the next day and they offered each adult guest a beer or glass of wine. Breakfast was delivered to our room! Our room was clean, modern, well designed and decorated. One of my favorite stays, hands down.

This hotel stay felt above and beyond the “norm.” Beautiful and clean hotel, room felt so much nicer than other hotels we’ve stayed at. Huge king size bed that was very comfy. Upon check in we were offered a drink. Later delicious homemade soup and cookies were in the lobby. To top it all off: homemade delicious breakfast delivered to our room. Awesome service!

The accommodations inside the hotel were great. Limited parking so we ended up across the street in a gravel lot. Generous with unlimited coffee pods, bottled water, breakfast items delivered to the room from a nearby bakery. Would have liked a couple of glasses for water or wine we brought in addition to the paper cups for coffee. No room service until a 3-day stay, which was fine, but we did ask for trash to be emptied and our bed made, which was immediately done for us. Should have asked for new coffee and cups. Excellent service with the staff. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
