The property wasn’t in the best location. Check-in was fine but once we got to the hotel room we noticed blood stains on the drape. We left to meet some friends in town and when we came back around 9:30pm, around 10pm the power and water went out. Apparently since the last storm that hit Houston, they have been having issues with power outages. We had no power or water for 6 hours. Next day BF was OK. We were only in town for lest than 48 hours and hotels in the area were booked out or too far. We did get a partial refund for our inconvenience.

The furnitures at the front desk area were ruined and stinky. The fitness equipments were out of order. The hallway smelled bad. The room needs updated. I was there for 4 nights but the housekeeping came to clean the room only one time.

Tired and looking old
Property was in an industrial area fronted by a disused property. The entrance was unkempt with cigarette butts on the floor and surrounding areas. There were so many print outs with instructions on about you could and couldn't do and they were old and because they were in the breakfast area it was unhygienic. The room was fine but the bathroom door was damaged. Generally it was tired and very un Hyatt like.

left an hour after check in because of how uncomfortable i felt with the uncleanliness of my room - towels had stains on it, the sheets smelled like it hasn’t been washed so when i closely inspected if the fabrics were clean, the pillowcases were dirty and there was still pieces of hair on the bed sheets that weren’t mine. i asked for a refund but the girls at the front desk said there was no manager in sight to approve it so they told me to call in today to speak with a manager and the employee on duty said that the manager comes in random times and she doesn’t know when.
