Check in process was complex it seems as the deals were not loaded properly which took the team long time to figure out. Staff not so friendly. Room was okay and average in terms of cleanliness. Mosaic restaurant staff was horrible and the food did not have much options. Nobody was even offering water on time. Had to ask a few times

The property is perfect if you are interested in a short stay at G Noida. For us, we had some work in the morning so decided to come in and stay a night before in order to be more relaxed in the morning. The room was really spacious and spotlessly clean. I also loved the quality of the toiletries provided.
