Made the reservation months ago , as we were driving there i got a call from an unknown number , i dont usually answer the phone while driving so i didnt . 15 minutes later we stopped and i checked my voicemail and it was the hotel, they said my card was declined and room was cancelled , i promptly called and asked if i could give them a different card , rudely i was told no , my reservation was cancelled, and they had no other rooms available . Thankully i was able to book at another hotel.

I have stayed before Nice to have shuttle to Airport and Hy Vee is very close by, The room was clean and beds were comfortable Breakfast was good would have liked another flavor of yogart but I survived with other food.

Adequate for a nights stay
The room was (reasonably) clean, however the “easy chair” next to the bed smelled strongly of urine. The odor was unpleasant. I recommend the offending piece of furniture be aggressively steam cleaned, at a minimum. Though the best course of action would be to replace it entirely.

The staff on duty that night almost did not let me check in because I used my nickname on the reservation which didn't match my I.D. I told him to look at the credit card I used to pay. He was still upset.
