The manager or desk person (women) working the front was so accommodating. We had several requests and concerns. She helped us work through the issues. She has to be a valued employee. She was superb.

They offered breakfast, were in a good location, staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms seemed remodeled. Everything was great! The only downside is that there is only one small elevator, which I feel could be a safety issue when the staff is using it to move cleaning carts and repair items in the morning. Another guest in a wheelchair had to wait a long time for the elevator to be free and I was frustrated for them since I had the opportunity to use the stairs. Waiting for the elevator that long was frustrating on all levels.

Super clean, friendly and helpful! There was always a friendly face to lend a hand or offer assistance to anything we needed. Pool and Gym we clean and well stocked. The kiddos love it. We will definitely be staying here again!!
