Breakfast was ok just not a lot of variety. No yogurt or ketchup salsa to put on eggs or potatoes. Not much fresh fruit.

Poor condition
Fridge did not work - maintenance couldn’t fix and so we lost all our leftovers and had no cold drinks. They offered to let us put in a downstairs kitchen but that’s not adequate. Shades had holes in them so Sun woke me up at 5:45 and it’s very noisy. Traffic all night.

The bed was the only thing good about the room. Couch was old and uncomfortable. Furniture was old and dated. The service was very good.

The worst hotel i have ever been to. The staff was rude and dressed unprofessional. The lobby smelled like rotting garbage. They overbooked and gave ridiculous excuses for not honoring my 5 night reservation after i had called several days in advance to confirm my reservation. I had driven over 5 hours to be rudely turned away and they still tried to charge me for my reservation, saying that i did not cancel in the allotted time frame. Which is ridiculous because i never canceled my reservation, i was not allowed to check in because the staff are incapable of doing their jobs. I will never stay at any of this hotels locations and i will definitely tell others to do the same

The only thing that I was angry about was when I booked it said there would be a jetted tub in my room and I get to the room to find a regular shower / tub. No jetted tub at all.

I liked how they moved us rooms without any hassle. Our toilet was broken and we didn’t want to have to call someone down to fix it. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was not very good. There was hair all over the place in the bathroom. They provided us with everything we needed but overall, the cleanliness wasn’t the greatest. I used to be a house keeper and if corporate came in and saw the hair I did, they would’ve made them clean that room again. The staff were super friendly and it’s pet friendly, which is super nice. The pool was extremely cold and the towels were really small. The pool was also pretty dirty just by looking at the color. It was a nice experience and super affordable but the overall cleanliness wasn’t the greatest.
