Dirty, smelly, SKIP
If you are traveling with a family and looking for a nice place to sleep, skip this one. The pool closes at 8pm, which is really early. And we found this out as we checked in at 7:50pm... The entire hotel smells like weed and the carpets were stained and dirty. The room appeared clean and fresh, but closer inspection revealed this not to be so. The floor had stains everywhere and was in need of a good mopping (no carpet). The bathroom floor was similar in with stains, but also had hair everywhere and a dirty paper towel on the floor. The breakfast was quite poor - everything was out and there was no staff to service it. They were even out of knives. The coffee was water and not even drinkable. Every time I went to the lobby counter there was never a person there and I had to ring the bell. Garbage that was on a table near the elevator was never picked up. Worst stay of a 2 week road trip with a new hotel nightly. Trust the bad reviews - anyone who gave this place a good review is lying.

Well the breakfast was limited to very little stuff and we were total of twelve days and only got room cleaned about 3times The one day I asked to have cleaned because it hadn’t been cleaned for two days and trash was overflowing . We came back later in day and asked why our room hadn’t Ben cleaned the desk clerk said it wasn’t our day I asked to have trash picked and she told me it was up to me to take out the trash they didn’t offer that service

This place was terrible. Super dirty. It says there is a fitness facility and there is NOT. Our friends staying with us had bugs in their bed and were not refunded. The staff is rude. There was not breakfast on Sunday morning. Pay the extra few dollars and stay next door at the best western.

Worst experience ever we got in they check us in room was dirty moved us to a kitchen room that had literally no kitchen supplies to cook or even do any cooking. Pointless I was charged for the room upgrade when my original reservation was already paid. They charged us 40’dollars because we left the room at 11:45, also the charged us 40 dollars for checking us 6/2 however when their own receipt stays customer check in 6/1 will never stayed there we actually move to Windhaym

The room was gross. A film of cleaner left on everything. The floors weren’t swept thoroughly. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. They messed up my reservation twice. I do not recommend staying here.

When I attempted to check in 10 minutes prior to 3pm (noted check-in time) I was told check-in was at 3pm. I didn't mind and I was absolutely willing to wait the 10 minutes. However, as soon as I walked into the check-in at 3pm, a couple was just getting done being checked in. The breakfast service was without plates and/or cups at one point so customers were re-using paper cups and plates. There are unstable chairs on hardwood floors in the rooms and felt as though I was going to fall off the chair a few times. The chair we had was very wobbly. This is a fall waiting to happen to someone else. Otherwise, the room was good and clean. Linens were clean. Most likely I will not be staying on this property in the future.
