Bring the whole family to this open space with lots of room for fun. This newly renovated home is a short drive from the stadium and near restaurants and attractions. 10 minutes from Lambeau Field, 8 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to downtown Green Bay. This spacious 3 bedroom house has room for everyone. Enjoy free Driveway parking and a back patio with a fire pit. Relax near the big screen on the sectional sofa and enjoy the option to cook in the well equipped kitchen and live easy.
The space
This home is 2 stories.
The main level offers the spacious kitchen and dining room with a half bath near the dining room. The garage entry is between the kitchen and dining room. The family dining table for 4+ is next to the sliding door to the outdoor patio and in the opposite direction is the basement entry complete with laundry and storage.
The front door and main entrance opens up to the wide open living room with the big screen and sectional couch.
Upstairs is the main bath with a tub and shower curtain. Down the hall are 2 spacious bedrooms complete with queen beds and a dresser in each room and a third more cozy bedroom..

You get it all here. Every level is accessible including the basement where the laundry facilities are located.

Please note that we welcome guests with pets. We do not go to length to accommodate pets. If you choose to bring a pet then you need to clean up after your pet inside and out. No exceptions.
Pets are required to be kept on a leash when outside of the home. Our yard is partially fenced but not fully fenced.
