Knowing the area was the draw to this hotel. Unfortunately, we had no hot water, the cable was spotty and the hotel did not even provide complimentary coffee outside what was in the room. The restaurant was over priced. It is not a hotel Inwpuld recommend in Green Bay.

Old and dated and it shows.
Very dated hotel that was really a disappointment for a Hyatt. Rooms felt dirty, first room had broken shower parts laid out and the second room had towels in the fridge. Glad they were able to move us to the broken fridge room. It worked for what we needed but will likely not stay again.

No hot water, no immediate effort to fix the issue
Front desk staff was very friendly during my stay. However, when I arrived and realized my hot water was not working I walked to the front desk that night and made the man working aware of the issue. He said the hotel was aware and was working on said issue, and said he hoped the water would be hot in the morning (no offers to move me to a room with running water, no compensation offered either). The water was not hot at all the next day, so I took a cold shower. The same issue happened until the last night of my stay, when they sent maintenance in and then offered to move me to a new room. So I had no hot water until the last evening of my stay. There was a period, on Sunday night, that the water did get a little warmer, but the next day it was back to a lukewarm temperature. More like bath water that has been sitting for a long period of time.

I enjoyed staying here. For the amount paid the room was very nice! Very quiet at night. Some negatives would have been that the sauna wasn’t working right but everything else was nice.

The shower head in room 712 was leaking and there was no barhroom fan. The bed and couch were super comfortable. The tv in the livingroom was a great size, but the tv in the bedroom was small compared to the last time we were there. Overall a nice clean place that was nice to relax in

A great get away
Nice hotel, great rooms. Could use some carpet updates, a little worn in some areas and fraying. The beds comfortable. Nice to have the little kitchenette. The staff was very nice and helpful.
