Comfortable but not so clean
The beds are always super comfortable and staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned well. There was hair and slimy stuff in the shower, gross “chunks” on the wall by the window. There was something “crusty” on one of the comforters. The pool has definitely been let go and needs some TLC. We have stayed here many times with no issues so one not so great experience won’t keep us from trying again.

Horrible trip
The room was small. They up charged the price for the room $100. They asked for doubled payment. It looks like a dorm room. No refridgerator in the room.

It was a nice place and affordable. Rooms were good. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the pool. The water was nice and warm and the hot tub was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The bedding was dirty (possibly stained) on one of the beds and they came and changed it right away. The beds are very comfy and our daughter loved the pool area!

What i liked is i did see it is a pet friendly hotel and front desk staff and cleaners were friendly. What i didnt like is we stayed in room 315 and our bedding wasnt clean, stains on both beds outside amd inside of it, i brought my own coffee to use with the coffee maker in the room and it was extremly dusty so i didnt not make coffee. The carpets aka vacuming could of been way better. Also there was not a lock on the inside of the door and with having a toddler it would of been nice to have one but it was broken off. Finally the ice box wasnt working in the rooms fridge /freezer and the pool wasnt heated well so we didnt swim there since the toddler was shivering, we paid 20.00 per person and swam at the tundra lodge wich was fun. Overall great pricing and such i would double check my room better if we stayed again, and also basketball hoop was broke at the pool but it is a nice little set up they have in that area besides the hoop was broke.

Room was nice and spacious, clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. Traveling can be exhausting but our stay here was relaxing and we all slept well. The neighborhood was really quiet especially if you've been on the good in a busy area all day. Close to lots of things to do! Nice spacious pool to accommodate all ages and nice big hot tub. The basketball hoops were broken/being replaced not a make or break but would be nice for tge older kids if they were there. Overall woukd stay again and recommend it!

DO NOT STAY HERE
Not clean, no light bulbs in the lamps, pool is not heated as advertised, no hot tub as advertised, hand rail on pool is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Morning staff was incompetent and insufficient for a fully booked hotel. The breakfast buffet was out of eggs juice and coffee. The morning front desk person was incompetent
