I guess I rented a suite..didn’t even realize it until I got to the room..turns out this means the door to the adjoining room is removed. Very creepy feeling! Oh well..anyway, the motel has given up..this place is garbage! Everything needs repair! Toilet flapper feel apart and constant running..put broken piece in place to stop it room 252

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it’s an older facility, the room was clean and did not smell of smoke. Parking was ample. Unfortunately, there are only 2 lamps in the room which makes it a bit dark. One of our guests is older and needed more light so adding one would help. Breakfast was sparse compared to continental breakfasts at other hotels. Please offer trays to carry items to tables!!! Having to make several trips back and forth is an unnecessary inconvenience. Most problematic is the dead cockroaches in one of the glue traps under the heating/ac unit of room 110. I’ve traveled a good bit over time but never have I seen or heard of a hotel with something like that in a rented room before - that’s just unacceptable!

Before i say what im gonna say, this hotel is older but its not a bad one. We stayed here when we have early flights from Reagan. Its more motel than hotel. Compare to staying at your grandmas house. Its tidy and clean but the house is old and the tub drips and and some of the guts work but are old. But its cozy. They did a good job trying to make it look more up to date inside. They do have some kind of breakfast thing,but ive never been to it since we have early flights.i dont think the area is the best but i have not seen any sketch going on. The price is cheap for the area and you cant beat free parking by DC. There is no elevator, but its only two stories, so no biggie. Its convenient to nice area restaurants or go catch a show at the Anthem or enjoy the Wharf Area if you have time. Its super close. Overall I will stay here over and over again. Its a good hotel.

Its a motel not a hotel. The name is misleading but cheapest in the area. Restroom was falling apart held together by electrical tape. Room had a stench but beds were decent.

Beware: This is a motel, not a hotel
The name is deceiving as this is a motel and not a hotel. I don't think I would have stayed there if I had known that. The pictures don't reflect that this is a motel. I had put a note in my reservation requesting a late check out. I got no response, so I called. The woman I spoke with said that late check out was no problem. The cost was $25. Late check out was 1pm and just to tell the person at the front desk when I checked in. When I checked in, they told me late check out was not availabe. This was a huge issue for me. They finally let me have the late check out. The room was clean, but had a horrible musty/mildew smell. The bed was uncomfortable and hard. There were workers in the room next door doing construction until after 9pm.

The room was filled with mold. We mentioned it to the woman who workes there, her only response was " If I was in charge I wouldn't do this" This is a health hazard.

The Lobby Staff were AWESOME - morning, noon and night. VERY friendly and helpful. HOWEVER: website photos - were all just lies as far as I am concerned. Pool - disgusting, website showed a hot breakfast - NOT, they ran out of fruit, yogurt, sugar for coffee and coffee machine stopped working. There was no place to get fresh water to fill our bottles - and the water in our room came out of faucet reddish with rust. The tub didn't drain and I had to fix my faucet in my room so I could get more than a trickle of water out to wash my hands. The worst though was the humidity in the room was soooo bad that my medications in my weekly pill dispenser (with the lid closed) caused my meds to DISCENEGRATE.
