Great location
Beautiful property is in a safe walkable area near restaurants and shops. Off street parking was easy to find. Lovely garden path leads you to the front door. Interior flight of curved/circular stairs takes you up one flight to door. Maybe tricky for someone with mobility issues. Bedrooms and one bath were clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with the essentials including soaps, hair dryer and tissues. Kitchen was bright. Please note there is minimal counter space but well stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils needed. Livingroom and dining area are at the opposite end of the apartment from the kitchen with the two bedrooms in the middle. Overall a great stay, the owners were easy to reach. Highly recommend this unit in Greenport.

The rental is very nice and as listed. The tenants downstairs do make a good bit of noise and there was a loud party next door on our first night. The property itself is very nice however we will not be back due to those 2 issues.

Beautiful Greenport 2nd Floor Unit
My family and I visited for 3 nights in late April, and this was the perfect place for us! Conveniently located in walking distance to downtown Greenport, with ample street parking, and the unit was modern, clean and spacious. The home itself is beautiful and with a lovely, well-cared-for garden. Definitely recommend!
