The room was clean but the property is tired. The furniture needs to be replaced, the showers need retiling, and the paint needs touching up. The bed was comfortable and the linens seemed new and were nice. Breakfast was very basic.

Very noisy, highway and parking lot noise/engine reving all night long. The room air conditioner was so loud intermittently that earplugs did not help.

The toilet was very low and my husband who is handicapped almost fell when trying to sit down. Also the toilet was clogged when I flushed & it overflowed. I called front desk & was told no one was available but I could come get a plunger! She also gave me towels& a bag to put them in once I cleaned the floor!

Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with our stay at the Comfort Inn Greensboro - Kernersville. We were guaranteed a check in time of 3:00pm. When we arrived a 6:30pm we were told by the front desk staff that our room was not ready. We were told that the cleaning crew was running behind and could not give us a time when it would be ready. We asked if we could have place for our family of 12 to change for an upcoming event. First we were told that we use the bathroom, we told them that was unacceptable. They offered us a room just to change, when the family went up to the room to change the room was filthy. We went back to the front desk staff and told them the condition of the room and they offered no apologies. They then gave us a key to another room to use just for changing as we waited for our original room, when we went up to that room to change we walked in and that room was already issued to another family.

Where do I begin.... check-in time is @ 3, we arrived @ 5 and didn't get a room until after 8pm. We were assigned 4 rooms, 1st one still dirty, 2nd one cleaning crew still in it and 3rd one still occupied! Guests were in the bathroom and luggage still in room. Needless to say, that was unsettling that it could happen to us. 4th room was still dirty but I was told it was "the best they could do". We had an event so we had to get ready in hotel lobby. When we arrived back that night, our room was made but not cleaned. When we spoke to the front desk, they just said they had a full house the night before and cleaning crew didn't show up. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they weren't at their desk. Horrible customer service!

Not easily accessible via wheelchair
We stayed in an accessible room that wasn't all that accessible. While the bathroom was easy to get into (right at the entrance), the transition from the foyer-type entrance to access the bed was not easily maneuverable from a wheelchair. It probably met the 3ft, but that's not enough space. The room was also much smaller than any accessible room we've ever stayed in. For the price, the room was not adequate. We also had difficulty sleeping due to the street light shining under the curtains. The room was too light.

I made reservations on Expedia.com for an upcoming Junior Olympics that my son was apart of. As per my reservations i was supposed to pay at the property, but the hotel charged me for my 3 rooms (first night) in advance amd upon arrival of my check in charged me for the 4 nights (per room) and double charged me for one of these rooms, as my reservations stated the hotel did not pro rate my stay. They charged me for 5 nights and i have not gotten a refund yet and we checked out early since we did not qualify for finals. They are refusing to refund me on early checkout. Expedia has been trying hard to get me a refund for all these days to include the first nights stay after being charged, the double charge for 1 of the 3 rooms i wascharged for. No where did it say when i was making my reservations that the hotel has the righta ro charge me for the first night early to.confirm the reservations. I have been fighting to get my money that they simply keep taking. My bank had notified me of several charges that the hotel attempted to do and and froze my acct even after they had taken their payment from the stay. I suggest staying elsewhere since they have particular front desk personal that are rude and combative, they will take money from you amd over charge you for a mediocre stay
