The man checking is was very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself smelled. You couldn’t close the blinds in the room completely so there were streetlights shinning in the whole night which made it difficult to sleep. The carpet could also use a good shampoo.

I didn’t like the first floor room. It was next to the laundry and side door. The most disturbing thing was the window was to the room was wide open when I came in. I spoke to the front desk who sent maintenance however they took it nonchalantly. He put a lock on the window, the lock was broken so I felt my safely was at risk all night. I barely slept.

The front desk person was friendly. The lobby area appeared clean and in order. Our room was also clean however there were a few things that should be addressed. 1) The desk chair was terrible worn, 2) the bed was noisy and not comfortable at all, 3) they used four 16x16 pillows for a king size bed, 4) the water pressure from the sink was low and didn’t it get hot. I’m glad we were not staying longer than one night.
