I come here every year for my birthday for the past 3-4 years now , seems like every year the rooms get dirtier, there was stuff all over the wall (drinks and I don’t know what else) , blood on the pillows and bed and burn marks on the mattress topper underneath the sheets. Breakfast was okay the jelly was bad and smelled other than that my visit was great !

Everything was fine outside of the repeated $50 deposits even after extending a stay. Also someone stole a key and went into my room.

Only had a couple problems during my stay. The repeated $50 deposits even though I was just booking to extend my stay not a brand new reservation all together. Also someone stole a key and went into my room. The response/help I received from the staff was not good at all. I was not reimbursed at all even though someone could’ve stolen everything I had and the staff wouldn’t have known a thing. Felt like they were giving me the run around until I was gone.

This was the worst experience. Scammers at best. This place is a franchise so the manager does whatever he wants without any Corporate supervision. There is no recourse if they charge you card, please check the full balance before swiping your card!
