I loved the property. The check in staff was very friendly and polite. Towards the evening I had a drink at the bar and as I was having a conversation with the bartender, one of the front desk agent walked over and said “since he is graduating, one drink is on us.” That was totally unexpected and I cant thank the staff enough. Great Hospitality. Incase I come back to Greensboro, I will definitely be staying here.

I have stayed at this property 3 times this was by far the worse experience. I doubt that I would stay at this hotel again in the future. Elevator sounds like it's going to stop working while you are in it, at any minute, bed and sofa bed just looked worn out and dated. TV service had issues.

Great place to stay.
Our stay at this hotel was excellent! Room and bathroom were very clean. Lobby area was clean and all the staff were very friendly. We did have two small issues one being the refrigerator was a little noisy and the shower leaked between the sliding glass doors, but other than that, these were not a big issue.
