Private Entry Loft Apartment in Quiet Neighborhood

We have a upstairs bedroom with private entry available to rent to guest. Very quiet house and neighborhood. We live a few doors down to help you or answer any questions. But our apartment is very private and comfortable.

Upstairs apartmentwith queen size bed, smart TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, bathroom, and microwave.

Entire room with private entry. Guests can also enjoy our private back patio and sitting area.

This is a private area that doesn’t require interaction with us or any other guests.

We are centrally located between Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point, NC. Our neighborhood is on Oak Hollow Lake.
No groups or parties more than 2 adults. No loud music.

Lovely Loft Apartment
My husband and I were looking for a place in High Point for a wedding. This was the perfect place with everything we needed. Garet was a wonderful responsive host. We especially enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and comfy bed. It was convenient to everything… even Martinsville…will definitely stay again! We also will look into of all his other rentals knowing we will receive the same hospitality.
