Avoid this! Very unhappy, wouldn’t recommend even slightly.
I’d like to preface this review - I’ve had extensive conversations about this property, with documented photos, host and VRBO Cust. Support without any resolution.
The host initially comes across as helpful, but does not follow through with offered assistance or requests. There were significant amounts of small damage to the walls and trim work, much of which could be cleaned off. The property was not clean upon check in (visible grease on the interior/exterior of the microwave, crumbs on the stovetop, dirt/hair through the carpeted surfaces, etc). There was significant dust build up on the return HVAC vents, enough so that it caught my attention. Upon a closer look, the filters inside were beyond plugged with hair/dirt/lint. It was evident they had not been changed in any recent time. (I am a HVAC tech by trade).
We notified the host upon check in of a shattered rear door, full length glass. We were advised that the property HOA maintenance would stop to check it, the host telling our VRBO Cust. Support it was looked at during our stay - this was not the case. There was toilet continuously running, I had to shut the water off for it. Not in a useable condition. This was ignored by the host/HOA maintenance. We asked for a refund for services not rendered, and an inaccurate listing (this does not have access to a gym as advertised). After attempting to work with the host, we involved VRBO Cust. Support to report the host. VRBO Cust. Support is nonexistent. Avoid this.
