I am very impressed with the employees of the hotel. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast biffet was great. The room was very clean comfortable bed and quiet. Would definately reccomend and stay there again.

Indoor pool full of kids at 10:30 pm. Impossible to sleep. Wish I had booked elsewhere. Amenities are nice. I called front desk at 10pm to ask when pool closed bc it was so loud. They just said 11pm and hung up… This is louder than you could imagine even w TV on and I’m a father of a child who is used to this… Never get an interior room in the tower. Exterior only or you will be longing for a motel 6 with roaches and drunk construction workers..

Property is in a great location but you can tell that it is older especially in the bathroom. Also the other hotels adjacent provide free breakfast and this one wants $15 a person are the reasons we will be staying at one of the others in the future.

Not what I expected at all.
Our room was pretty disappointing. The small fridge had half eaten hamburger and some bottles of beer. The bathroom trash can already had trash in it. Also found some trash paperstuff in the cubbies below the TV. We checked in very late after a long day, around 10pm. We just wanted to sleep so I brought it up in the morning to the front desk. They offered to remove the food and beer from the fridge. However, my husband was still sleeping and we were going to check out in a couple hours, I didn't see the value of it. It was definitely disappointing.

Crown Plaza-Greenville, stay just okay
This hotel has a nice lobby and the staff tries to do a good job, but our hotel room was poor as the room had water saturated in the carpeting near the bathroom. Unsure if the bathroom flooded or the prior occupant of the room spilled a large amount of water, but needless to say it was a bad surprise for us. The staff immediately relocated us to a new room, but this certainly was an inconvenience.
