I enjoyed the ambience it was very refreshing. I enjoyed the customer service which was exceptional. The only dislike I had was the toilet in the room had alot of difficulty flushing. It was kind of a hassle to get it to flush. This was the only down fall of this property.

Everyone has been amazing, very nice, and happy. I've been here 2 weekends in a row and the only complaint I have is, I wish you served bacon with breakfast. I plan on making this my "go to" hotel for weekend getaways. 2 hours from Atlanta, an easy drive. I can't wait to come back, thank you for being a great hotel.

The best I’ve stayed at so far
I was hesitant booking this hotel because I had never heard of the brand. I’m glad I did because this is one of the best hotels (if not the best) I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, the breakfast bar was delicious and to our delight, the evening dinner bar and 3 free drinks per adult every night was so great, it saved us money and time trapped in traffic going to a restaurant. The pool was cool being both indoor and outdoor but kind of small when a large amount of guest were using it. The gym was awesome too. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will seek out this brand for future stays.

Best hotel in Greenville. Indoor/outdoor pull. Hot tub. Rooms with jacuzzi tubs. Buffet style breakfast with a bunch of options until 10:30A 7 days a week. Also, free buffet style dinner 7 days a week which Includes a drink card for 3 free alcoholic drinks a night with the free dinner (only hotel I have ever seen do this). You will save money on food if that is a concern, they serve enough to sustain your stay. Dog friendly. Clean. Most people staying are from out of state and not sketchy. Smoke free. Quiet, early check in and check out. 8 minutes from Bon secours wellness arena. We stayed for blink 182 and the Uber to the concert was 10 bucks (make plans for the ride back to hotel or leave a few songs early), we had family pick us up nearby and luckily learned for next time- the prices after the concert surged to over $100 with 1-2 hour wait back to the hotel that was only 8 min away. Consider paying for parking nearby, that will be a lot cheaper. We live in Spartanburg nearby and plan to stay at this hotel for all music events at this venue going forward. Love it. AIR bnb is still great but this hotel has a lot of extra perks making it worth it.
