Greenville also boast a thriving and quaint, historic downtown area which is home to museums, theaters, city and municipal offices, the main and historical library, a night life area, river walk, boating, fishing and parks.

* Perfectly positioned in new, Very quiet, comfortable and convenient location. This spacious, two bedrooms Condo with King and King sized beds is on the 2nd floor of a small upper-scale complex, with very convenient elevator front door access. It is elegantly decorated with all new furnishing; well designed and coordinated equipped kitchen.
In addition, amenities, exquisite beddings, towels and large bathrooms all comforts to make your stay luxurious and comfortable.
For added relaxation, there is a large sunken Jacuzzi, a spacious sun room, Internet, cable. It is positioned in a prime area of Greenville surrounded within minutes to shopping mall, restaurants, grocery stores, golf course, movie theaters etc. There is also a full-sized pool for guest’s enjoyment.
The condo is 5 min to ECU, 14 min to VIDANT hospital, just a very brief drive to downtown area, the Industrial complex, river and boating facilities, 10 min to the convention center and all major sporting arenas and complexes It has ample park.

Greenville weekend
Excellent stay in super clean comfortable 2 bedroom condo. The condo is beautifully decorated.. Community was very quiet which allowed for a relaxing weekend. Centrally located in Greenville. We would definitely choose this location again if in the area.

You'll Enjoy This Place
Good afternoon, I'm a pastor of a local congregation and needed some quiet time away and some place to rest, read and write. I really appreciate the way Mary handled my stay overall. The concerns I had about the stay were sent to her by email, and although not fully addressed, the property provided me with what I needed, especially as a writer and studying of pertinent material. No inappropriate noises, the mattress was a good one (I bought my own pillow), and the overall facility was neat and clean. I have asked for the use of the property again. Accidently stepped on the door arm while exiting the property and submitted the funds requested by Mary to have them repaired. I also left a rug on the floor by the bed, but have not heard from Mary concerning it, along with a final receipt of the repairs that were performed. A beautiful condo
This is a lovely Asian inspired condo. It had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was stocked and it had a Keurig coffee maker. The living room has a very comfortable couch with a large screen TV. It’s an open plan so the kitchen, dining room and living area are all open. In addition, there is a pretty little sunroom with sliding doors. I sat there in the mornings with coffee and looked out the window. The bed is very comfortable in the master and there is a large jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower in the master bath. The location is perfect - just out of town in a nice area great for walking and biking but close to grocery stores, town, etc. I highly recommend staying here.

The property was immaculate and very clean. We especially enjoyed the oversized towels and the jet stream tub. Many properties do not offer king size beds and as a tall woman, I appreciated this. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home
This was a perfect place to stay while visiting my son at ECU. Formally decorated. Lots of room. Comfy beds. The only thing I wish was different was there was a later check out. I have stayed at many hotels, VRBOs and Air BnBs and I never had a 10am checkout. Still, it was a wonderful place and I would highly recommend it.
